SSC East JuniorMax-----Age 13 to 16-----320 lbs. minimum
Mandatory use of a junior cylinder without exhaust valve. Competitor must reach the age of 13 by October 31, 2009 (see note_1 below). No Junior class competitor may attain the actual age of 17-years-old prior to October 31, 2009. Junior drivers reaching the age of 13 after October 31, 200worl9 may compete in the US Grand Nationals as a Junior but will not be eligible to qualify for the Rotax Grand Finals. SFI approved Chest Protectors recommended.

SSC East Senior Max-----Age 15 & up-----365 lbs. minimum
Competitor must reach the age of 15 by October 31, 2009.

SSC East Master-----Age 16 & up------405 lbs. minimum
Official Masters class age is 32. The age of 32 must be reached by October 31, 2009.
Competitors of competition age less than 32-years-old (competition age) must reach the age of 16 by October 31, 2009 and have a minimum driver weight of 190 pounds including all race apparel except helmet.

SSC East DD2-----Age 15 & up-----385 lbs. minimum
Competitor must reach the age of 15 by October 31, 2008.

*DD2 Masters: DD2 drivers reaching the age of 32 by October 31, 2009 may declare to be recognized as a DD 2 Master. At the USRKC Grand Nationals and for USRKC National Points the top masters drivers will be recognized separately. All DD2 drivers will compete together, there will not be a separate class for DD 2 Masters.

FUEL: Spec Fuel. EXHAUST PIPE/SILENCER: Must be stock pipe as supplied by manufacturer for that specific engine. On the Sonik TX & Comer engines, the min combined length of the header & connector pipe must be at least 17” as measured from the back side of the header flange at the cylinder, around the right side of the header, connector, & pipe to the first weld at the end of the divergent cone. On the Parilla Leopard engine, the min combined length of the header and connector pipe must be at least 15 ?”. See section 610.4.2.
